Open Beavs is a web-based platform that provides a unified interface for discovering, registering, and interacting with AI-powered services through a standardized agent integration framework. Phase 1 established the core platform architecture, including agent registration capabilities, cloud deployment infrastructure, service integration patterns, and foundational testing capabilities.
Phase 2 focuses on advancing the platform from a functional implementation to an operationally mature system capable of supporting broader organizational adoption. The project will deliver administrative capabilities, governance workflows, operational monitoring, reporting, documentation, and production-readiness improvements while leveraging the existing architecture and integration framework. (Authorship: AI-assisted description based on last year's technical design brief).
While the platform successfully demonstrates agent discovery, registration, and interaction, it lacks several operational capabilities required for long-term deployment and maintenance:
Administrative management tools. Governance and approval workflows. Operational monitoring and reporting. Enhanced platform observability. End-user onboarding resources. Support and maintenance documentation. Comprehensive deployment validation procedures.
These capabilities are necessary to support broader adoption and ongoing operation of the platform.
Implement governance and approval workflows. Develop administrative management capabilities. Build monitoring and reporting tools. Improve operational visibility and observability. Expand deployment validation and testing coverage. Produce end-user and administrator documentation. Establish production-readiness processes and procedures.
Experience programming in Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, or a comparable language. Familiarity with web application development concepts. Understanding of REST APIs and client-server architectures. Experience using Git for source control. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative software development environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to learn and work with existing software systems and documentation.
